Meet Kayla

Kayla Mannion is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with warmth, compassion, and practical tools. She draws from CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, tailoring each session to fit her clients’ unique needs.

Kayla earned her Master’s from the University of Central Florida and began her career in crisis care at a mental health hospital during the pandemic. She later transitioned into private practice, where she focuses on emotional resilience, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.

She’s also trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) for couples therapy and has a background as an RBT working with individuals on the autism spectrum—experience that deepens her understanding of neurodivergence and sensory needs.

Outside the therapy room, Kayla enjoys painting, poetry, and time in nature with her beloved cats and dog. Her style is collaborative, grounded, and supportive—creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
